Terms & returns

These terms apply to orders placed through this website with SavePlusCare Swimming Pool Supply Trading (DTI Business Name No. 8548735).

Orders

Your order is a request until we confirm it by message. We may decline or adjust an order if stock or the delivery area does not allow it. Prices are in Philippine pesos and are set by us; the price in your confirmed order is the price you pay.

Delivery

Delivery is free within Pampanga on orders of ₱9,000 and up. For other orders and areas we quote the delivery fee before dispatch and you can accept or cancel. Delivery times depend on stock, weather and distance; we will message you with a schedule.

Payment

Cash on delivery, or GCash to the account we send you after confirming your order. Please keep your GCash receipt until delivery.

Returns and wrong or damaged items

Pool chemicals are sold sealed. Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is wrong, damaged or leaking, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund it. For safety reasons we cannot take back chemicals that have been opened or used, unless the product itself is defective.

Genuine products

We sell sealed, genuine products from their makers' supply. Fuji-Chlon drums carry the maker's lock and hologram seal; if a seal looks tampered with, do not use the product and contact us.

Safety

Always follow the label. Chlorine is an oxidizer: wear gloves and eye protection, never mix it with acids or other chemicals, and store it sealed, cool and dry. Information on this site is general guidance and does not replace the label or advice from a qualified professional.
