SavePlusCare Swimming Pool Supply Trading ("we", "us"), DTI Business Name No. 8548735, Region III, Philippines, respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

What we collect

When you order or ask for a Pool & Profit Check we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional), business name (optional), delivery address, notes you write, and what you ordered. The Pool Doctor runs in your browser and only sends what you choose to submit through the booking form.

Why we collect it

To confirm and deliver your order, contact you about your request, arrange payment, keep order records, and handle warranty or safety questions about products you bought. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the tools we use to run the shop: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google (the order sheet and email notifications), and the delivery rider, who sees your name, number and address for your delivery only.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and business records. Inquiries we do not act on are removed on request.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Message us on Messenger or email savepluscare@gmail.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Cookies and storage

We store your cart in your browser so it is still there when you come back. Staff sign-in uses a secure session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.
